I have always been passionate about helping people and organisations be the best they can be and developing high performance cultures.  I also love to learn, and by happy coincidence, it is amazing how much you learn from working and supporting others.

I have been strategically involved in organisational change management in senior roles in both the public and private sector for over 15 years.  My style for developing and implementing change encompasses processes, systems and behaviours whilst role modelling quality leadership.

Over the years, I have played key leadership and project management roles, developing and delivering technical and cultural solutions in a mix of industries from local government to construction, wholesale to service delivery and the professional services sector.  Many roles and projects have relied on my ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams, as well as design and delivery of more formal leadership and cultural development programs to teams and leadership groups.

My formal qualifications include

·      Graduate Certificate in Applied Business (Coaching and Mentoring)

·      Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching

·      Advanced Diploma in Management and Advanced Diploma in Management (Human Resources).  

·      Accredited Coach International Coaching Federation
