Vicki Millen

Director | CREdENTIALED Coach (PCC) | HR Professional (CAHRI)

Hi, I’m Vicki.

I help people and organisations thrive - not just survive - by building the capability, confidence and clarity to move forward with purpose.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen time and again that technical skill and motivation are important, but not enough on their own. It’s the human side of work - communication, relationships, emotional awareness, and collaboration - that really makes the difference. And that’s where I love to work.

With more than 20 years’ experience across local government, construction, professional services, wholesale and service industries, I’ve partnered with individuals, teams and businesses to help them lead more effectively, perform more consistently, and build the kinds of cultures people want to be part of.

I bring a broad skill set and deep curiosity about what helps people and teams flourish. I’m a Credentialed Professional Coach, Facilitator and Trainer, with qualifications in Management, Applied Business, Human Resources, Coaching and Mentoring, Organisational Coaching, and Applied Neuroscience. My work draws on evidence-based frameworks and behavioural science to help people build emotional and mental fitness, navigate uncertainty, and grow their leadership impact.

Whether you're leading a business, growing a team, or seeking more clarity and ease in how you work, I’ll support you to build the practical skills, insights, and strategies to move towards the outcomes that matter most to you.

Alongside my professional work, I’ve also had the privilege of representing Australia in triathlon – an experience that shaped my understanding of the focus, energy and mindset needed to strive, adapt and achieve goals that really matter.

If you’re ready to shape your version of success - one that’s fulfilling, sustainable and real - I’d love to support you on that journey.

I look forward to working with you,
